Join our Technology Department who brings around 50 professionals, including software engineers, software developers, data scientists, data engineers, DevOps and quality engineers, who design and develop Addactis software solutions deployed worldwide. 

Within this department, the Data & AI team owns the design and operation of data architectures embedded at the core of Addactis products. The team also builds, industrializes, and deploys AI and advanced analytics capabilities, delivering them directly into production-grade solutions. Acting as a key technical pillar, the Data & AI team works closely with Product, Development and Actuarial teams to deliver scalable, robust data and AI solutions. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines, 

• Collect, transform, and integrate data from various sources (batch and real-time), 

• Model data and optimize database and data warehouse performance while ensuring data availability for users, 

• Implement best practices in versioning, testing, and industrialization (CI/CD), 

• Collaborate with data and development teams to implement, maintain, and evolve databases within our products, 

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production data flows, 

• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of data architectures. 

Could this be you ? 

You are a passionate Data Engineer who enjoys building reliable, scalable, and high-impact data solutions with a strong interest in DevOps practices. You like to take ownership of your work and thrive in collaborative environments. 

You hold a degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification and have 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer. 

You will work in an international environment that requires professional English proficiency. You will be part of a team based in France, with day-to-day exchanges in French and technical documentation mainly written in English. 

You are autonomous, proactive, and well-organized, with a strong analytical mindset  Naturally curious, you enjoy learning, experimenting, and working with state-of-the-art technologies.

You are solution-oriented and motivated by technical challenges.

Technical skills 

• Solid understanding of database management and data modeling. 

• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and performance optimization.

• Experience with Airflow or another data orchestration tool.

• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

• Good knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure tools (Docker, CI/CD, etc.) 

• Nice to have: experience with DBT.
