Are you ready to make an impact and lead projects across the insurance world?
As a Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will play a key role in leading and delivering implementation projects of Addactis software solutions across Latin America. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while foster collaboration between local and international teams — particularly with our offices in the Iberian Peninsula and the Product & Technology teams in France.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead software implementation projects (IFRS 17, Solvency II, Life & Non-Life actuarial modeling, pricing, and reserving). Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and Addactis standards.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor consultants. Ensure effective coordination, workload balance, and professional development within your team.
- Methodology & Quality Assurance: Promote best practices in project management, implementation methodology, and quality assurance processes.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery models, internal processes, and cross-office collaboration.
- Business Development Support: Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities, participate in RFPs, and help shape solution proposals for clients.
Profile
Your profile
You hold a degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or Mathematics — with at least 7 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, in financial services as insurance or banking. You have already managed complex client projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

A strong communicator and leader, able to motivate teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
Results-driven and strategic, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Structured and analytical, with proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (essential for working in our international network).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools ; experience with VBA, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
