Mission

About Addactis & the Team

For more than 30 years, we've worked alongside insurers with passion and commitment, turning actuarial complexity into opportunities. We combine unique business knowledge with analytical expertise to develop innovative actuarial and software solutions that help our clients meet regulatory requirements, model risk, and optimize pricing and underwriting.

Our international offices give clients the best of both worlds: geographical proximity and local regulatory knowledge, backed by the experience of a global Addactis network working in synergy. Our Bogotá team manages implementation projects across Latin America and collaborates closely with our teams in the Iberian Peninsula and the Products & Technology Department in France.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the technical execution of an implementation module or workstream, becoming a trusted reference point for both the client and the project team. By taking full technical ownership of a module — from client requirements to product feedback — you are where Addactis' promise gets delivered concretely: local expertise backed by the strength of a global network.

Covering:

  • IFRS 17
  • Solvency II
  • Life insurance liability modeling
  • Non-life insurance reserving and pricing

Day to day, this includes:

  • Breaking down the project's implementation plan into specific, actionable tasks for your module or workstream, and reporting progress and risks
  • Acting as a direct technical liaison with our Product & Technology team, reporting software issues and improvement opportunities identified during implementation
  • Designing customized modules within Addactis solutions to meet client requirements
  • Resolving technical issues within your module independently, escalating only when needed
  • Validating actuarial results and models before they are shared with the client
  • Presenting progress and results directly to the client in follow-up meetings, and independently resolving complex technical queries
  • Guiding and reviewing the work of Consultants and Associate Consultants on the project, providing day-to-day technical mentoring
  • Producing training materials and technical documentation for the team to reuse
