At Addactis, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Officer who wants to be at the heart of the action. You will have a pivotal operational role in our commercial and marketing activities, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and in alignment with our central processes. Your main responsibilities
- CRM & data excellence Take ownership of our regional HubSpot database and keep it sharp, structured and reliable. Your work fuels our commercial decisions and helps us focus on the right opportunities.
- Sales operations support Prepare client briefings, materials and dossiers for meetings, trips and campaigns. After each interaction, consolidate teams feedback, actions follow-up and spot improvements.
- Proposal & document coordination Shape high-quality proposals using official templates, gather inputs across departments and ensure every document meets internal standards. Support the preparation of contracts and renewals.
- Tender support Coordinate RFI/RFP submissions by keeping the process structured, validated and perfectly timed. You help transform opportunities into solid, compliant responses.
- Events, travel & campaign logistics Be the go-to person for commercial events and business trips. Prepare materials, organize logistics, consolidate outcomes and share key insights with the team.
- Reporting & performance insights Update KPIs, prepare dashboards and contribute to commercial and marketing analysis. Your work helps the team understand performance and improve continuously.
- Cross-team coordination Collaborate with local and global sales, marketing, legal, finance and technical teams. You ensure information flows smoothly and processes are respected.
- Clear, consistent communication Understand Addactis’ solutions and relay validated messages to clients and partners, ensuring clarity and quality in every exchange.
Profil
Your profile
Graduate in Law, Economics, Business, International Trade or Marketing, with 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development support, ideally in software, tech or financial services. Interest in insurance and tech solutions is a plus.
You are
- Autonomous, organized and proactive in managing your responsibilities.
- Client-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative, communicative and comfortable working with multiple teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
